We accept payment by PayPal. Please contact us if you are having any problems with the system. If you do not have a Paypal account, make sure you select to pay by credit card option on the left hand side of the page.

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail within the US ,with delivery confirmation, once payment is cleared.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Keep in mind that slight imperfections are to be expected in vintage garments and flaws & condition issues are fully disclosed in descriptions.

Are all your items in stock?
Yes, all of them are in stock. Since everything is either overstocks or shelf pulls from department stores, there is generally only one in stock for each style or size. Influence is unable to restock the same item once it is sold out.

How can I contact you if I have a question or if I need to file a lost/damage claim?
You may click on "Ask Seller a Question" link provided in any product listing for any type of questions. You may also email us using the email address on your packing slip regarding lost/damage claim. All inquiries will be answered within 1 business day.
